About your credits.
What does a credit mean?
Credits are usage units, not cash. At standard rates, 100 credits cover $1 of CrowdListen usage. Tools and hosted model calls contribute to one task total. Larger credit packages reduce the cash price of those credits.
How do free tasks work?
Each workspace owned by a verified account receives 500 promotional credits once, equivalent to $5 of standard-rate usage. Choose a first task whose maximum fits that balance. The credit grant is not an unlimited-task offer.
How is task usage calculated?
Review the estimated credits and the hard maximum before approving a run. Usage is rounded up once per run.
Do unused credits carry over?
Yes. Unused purchased credits stay in your workspace balance until you use them. Credit packages are one-time purchases and do not renew.
Can I buy more credits later?
Yes. Add another credit package or a standard top-up whenever you need it. Purchases fund the same workspace balance. A low balance does not automatically buy extra credits.
Does this include my agent subscription?
CrowdListen covers the specialized tools and analysis it performs. Your own Codex, Claude Code, Cursor or other agent subscription stays with that provider.
Do I pay to read saved reports?
Reading saved results, inspecting their evidence and checking progress do not use additional task credits. Fresh collection or analysis is a new run.
